紙張在傳送全過程中備受軸向力的作用，導(dǎo)致紙張在前規(guī)定位時正中間位置鼓起，在壓印后造成皺褶。

2.壓印滾筒叼紙牙排的叼力不等

假如壓印滾筒叼紙牙排兩邊的叼力不夠，則紙張的拖梢處變皺；假如一邊的叼力不夠，則相對應(yīng)的拖梢邊變皺；假如正中間的叼力不夠，則紙張正中間位置變皺。

4.牙墊高低不平

紙張含水量過大，紙張自身纖維膨脹，在壓印全過程中，膨脹的纖維由肥大變窄，易造成叼口伸向拖梢方向的枝狀皺褶。
