先說(shuō)他們的效果。過(guò)了光膜和啞膜的紙由于上面多了一層塑料膜，所以比沒(méi)過(guò)的摸起來(lái)手感要光滑，要厚些，硬些，而且不容易撕爛。所以不管從品質(zhì)上，外觀上來(lái)說(shuō)都要比沒(méi)過(guò)的不少。辨別的方式是可以吧紙張撕開(kāi)一個(gè)小口，有過(guò)膜的上面就會(huì)與一層膜，（如下圖）

根據(jù)我們過(guò)往的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，發(fā)現(xiàn)在很早之有比較多的客戶要求過(guò)光膜，但是漸漸的大家都覺(jué)得太亮顯的俗氣，所以現(xiàn)在過(guò)啞膜的相對(duì)要多，大家覺(jué)得過(guò)啞膜顯得深沉一些。

下面再說(shuō)說(shuō)一般什么情況下使用。

既然過(guò)出來(lái)的紙張又厚又硬，肯定不適合在內(nèi)頁(yè)，所以一般是封面才用，而且普通的產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明書(shū)用的都比較少。一般是比較的，客戶要求比較高的，才會(huì)使用。因?yàn)槭褂眠@個(gè)工藝會(huì)使每一本產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明書(shū)的成本多出2毛左右。具體跟印刷數(shù)量，是單面過(guò)膠還是雙面過(guò)膠等因素相關(guān)。而使用的比較多的產(chǎn)品就是畫(huà)冊(cè)，產(chǎn)品目錄等彩色印刷的印刷品。
