做為印刷人員，如何快速找到印刷露白的解決方向呢？往往造成印刷露白的原因不同，出現(xiàn)的露白也有細(xì)微的不同，印刷人員需要學(xué)會(huì)根據(jù)表象去判斷造成印刷露白的癥結(jié)所在，從而快速處理！我們大致可以從下面三個(gè)方面來(lái)看看。

1、先檢測(cè)未印刷的紙板厚度值，再檢查紙板從送紙單元出來(lái)后的紙板厚度值，看紙板是否有被送紙輪壓潰。如果壓潰了先解決紙板壓潰的問(wèn)題，送紙間隙是紙板厚度-0.3mm。
First check the thickness of unprinted paperboard, and then check the thickness of the paperboard after it comes out of the paper feeding unit to see if the paperboard is crushed by the paper feeding wheel. If the problem is solved first, the feeding gap is - 0.3mm.
2、以上都無(wú)誤再增加印刷壓力值，壓力值不應(yīng)過(guò)大，過(guò)大容易產(chǎn)生印刷煳，印刷慢磨損加快。

3、檢查印刷版壓是否正常，可以查看印刷版面是否有足夠的油墨量。印刷版硬度實(shí)地版適合在34-36度。

如果印刷油墨粘度正確，印刷版、網(wǎng)紋輥良好還是出現(xiàn)印刷露白現(xiàn)象，主要調(diào)整方向以油墨工藝為引導(dǎo)，印刷壓力切勿一直加大，可以繼續(xù)提高油墨粘度，及油墨的滲透性，也可以將印刷機(jī)調(diào)整為隔張送紙狀態(tài)進(jìn)行印刷。

做好印前的準(zhǔn)備印刷版使用久了或印刷版面油墨污垢過(guò)多，就會(huì)降低印刷版的油墨轉(zhuǎn)移量，當(dāng)油墨轉(zhuǎn)移量降低后，印刷露白現(xiàn)象就會(huì)經(jīng)常發(fā)生。
