如果是文字的話，印刷廠會都會幫你把這顏色改成C0,M0,Y0,K100，如果是插畫、圖片類的話，在印刷過程中，發(fā)現(xiàn)了，要么修改文件，要么噴多點粉（色塊小的可以），然后把速度降下來。還有個辦法就是換機器，換成UV機來印刷，不過成本很高，而且油墨偏暗，沒有普通油墨那么鮮艷。

在這里，還是啰嗦一下，印刷的黑色，就是K100，但是這個黑色做大面積的話，印刷出來不夠黑，有點灰色，在面積比較大的時候請設(shè)置為：C30-40，M0，Y0，K100，印刷出來顏色飽和，單色加了30的藍(lán)，印刷出來在陽光下隱隱泛藍(lán)色，顏色看起來較黑。全版黑色值設(shè)置：C40，M20，Y20，K100，印刷出來黑色很有厚度，很有光澤。

可能有人問，這黑色的顏色設(shè)置小是多小，大又是多大呢，這個好難把握，我個人的經(jīng)驗是，正文的字，你用K100足夠，如果是標(biāo)題字，就用C30,M0,Y0,K100,面積再大一點點的，可以用C40,M0,Y0,K100，要是滿版黑色，就為了襯托出產(chǎn)品的，就用C40，M20，Y20，K100。
Some people may ask how small and how big the black color is, which is hard to grasp. My personal experience is that K100 is enough for text characters, C30, M0, Y0, K100 for title characters, C40, M0, Y0, K100 for larger ones, and C40, Y0, K100 for full version black characters.
如果你調(diào)色，不知道這個顏色印刷出來會不會出現(xiàn)背面蹭臟的情況，個人的意見是，你把4個顏色的總值控制在250左右就可以了，畢竟這涉及到油墨和面積的大小。
